By accessing or using Buckets ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Description

Buckets is a free, daily WNBA trivia game. It includes two game modes: Buckets (stat trivia) and Scouting Report (player guessing). New puzzles are available each day at midnight Eastern Time.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or bots to play the Game
• Attempt to access the Game's underlying database or source data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game's infrastructure
• Share puzzle answers publicly before the puzzle day ends (midnight ET)

4. Intellectual Property

WNBA player names and statistics are used for informational and entertainment purposes. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Game's design, code, and original content are owned by the Game's operator.

5. No Account Required

The Game does not require registration or an account. Game progress (streaks, statistics) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not collect or store personal information on our servers.

6. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of all trivia data. Player statistics are sourced from publicly available records and may contain minor discrepancies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game's operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
